If your someone who prefers to eat light in the morning and enjoy a salad don’t worry we have a great recipe for you below:
•2 large Roma tomatoes or 3 medium off the vine
• 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
• 1/2 a garlic glove minced then crushed
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 1/2 cup chopped rocket
• 1/4 small chopped cucumber
• 1/2 mL Nature & Bloom anytime 5% CBD oil
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp ground sumac
• 3 big chunks of feta
• Half a handful of thinly sliced Dill
• Juice of half a lemon
• Salt and pepper to garnish
- Combine all ingredients except the feta, olive oil, CBD oil, dill + salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly
- Add feta spread across the serving dish
- Add olive oil and CBD Oil. Mixing the oil into the bowl.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
