CBD Isolate

Simply put, CBD isolate is CBD in its purest form. It is not one of the most common types of CBD but there are many good CBD isolate products. It requires a robust refinement process to make sure all of the unwanted compounds are removed, leaving only CBD.

To be considered a true CBD isolate it should be 99+% pure CBD. This means it won’t contain other flavonoids or cannabinoids that are found in the other types. This also means that you won’t be able to experience the entourage effect from CBD isolates.

How Much CBD Should I Be Using?

How much CBD to take will vary widely from person to person. It depends on a variety of factors such as your experience with CBD but it heavily depends on your body weight as well.

We highly recommend sticking to manufacturer recommendations, especially if you are new to the CBD product. That is the safest way to start out to get a feel for whether or not you should increase the dose.

By starting on the low side of 10mg of CBD per day you will have a good starting point if you are unfamiliar with CBD. If you are not experiencing the desired pain relief then you can increase by 5-10mg.

CBD is widely considered to be safe to use and has been shown to be highly tolerable even in doses well over 600mg per day.
