Greens superfood CBD breakfast smoothie!

Add CBD oil after blending, as per your requirement!


• 1 frozen banana 
• 1 cup spinach 
• 1/4 cup mint
• 1/2 cup kale
• 1 cup milk or unsweetened almond milk
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp peanut butter (our favourite is pics pb!)
• 1/2 mL Nature & Bloom anytime 5% CBD oil

Add the greens and almond milk to the blender and blitz until smooth. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
