Mango superfood CBD breakfast smoothie!

To ensure your smoothie is ice cold you ideally want to use frozen fruit if this is not possible then add 1 cup ice cubes to the mix instead.


• 2 cups frozen mango (approx 2 x 300g mangos if fresh)
• 1 frozen banana 
• 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
• 1/2 cup greek yoghurt 
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
• 1/2 mL Nature & Bloom anytime 5% CBD oil

To make, add the ingredients except for CBD oil into a high-speed blender until smooth. Next, add CBD oil and blitz in the blender for 5-10 seconds.
